Our Customer Portal Has Been Updated to WHMCS v9

We have updated the Symes Solutions billing and support portal to WHMCS v9, giving customers a cleaner, faster and more modern experience when managing hosting services, domains, invoices and support requests.

What Has Changed?

The update is part of our ongoing work to improve the reliability, usability and security of the Symes Solutions hosting platform. The customer portal now has a refreshed design that better matches our main website, along with improved navigation across hosting, domain and support areas.

WHMCS v9 Platform Improvements

WHMCS v9 includes a number of platform improvements designed to make billing, ordering and account management more reliable. Some of the major improvements introduced in the WHMCS v9 release include:

  • Newer cart and ordering technology for a smoother purchasing experience.
  • AI-assisted domain name suggestions to help customers find suitable domain names more easily.
  • Improved billing and invoice handling, including stronger support for credit and debit notes.
  • Improved compliance and system health checks to help keep the platform stable and secure.
  • Additional security improvements, including rate limiting for client login attempts.

Good to know: Your existing services, invoices, support tickets and login details remain the same. This is a platform and design update, not a change to your hosting service.
